just a short note to say thank you for all the help you gave me to give up smoking. I wish I'd done it years ago i feel so much better in my self and have put money past every month I'm pleased to say to date i have £1000 pound's your Freda.

I was a smoker for 30 odd years I smoked 35 cigarettes a day and I hated how they ruled my life. They were the first thing thought about every morning and my last deed of the day, or more appropriately my last weed of the day. I tried everything to give up, I tried patches but just used to take it off and have a cigarette in between, I tried the nicotine replacement gum, sweets and eventually I even tried Zyban which my doctor prescribed, but nothing worked. I suffer from ill health, and smoking just made things worse, all I seemed to do was cough and wheeze, life was pretty miserable. Then I heard about Anna, and within an hour of meeting her I was a born again smoker, It was amazing!! I felt so good about myself, I now feel great when I say to everyone I don’t smoke. I can go so many more places and don’t have to worry about nipping outside for a fly puff. I’ve never looked back. Anna is there every step of the way, always at the end of the telephone if you need her, so you are not doing it on your own. I no longer cough or wheeze and I can go swimming and do so much more physically. With the money Ive saved through stopping smoking my son and I have had two wonderful holidays abroad, and plan to go again as often as possible I say to everyone go for it, It’s the best money I’ve ever spent Thanks Anna!!!
